Positive: Beautiful property, clean and cosy. For us it was central to what we wanted to do, places we wanted to visit. Has everything you need. Our dog loved it too!

Negative: Absolutely nothing. We couldn’t figure out how to work the electric hob, probably just us 🤦‍♀️ . Maybe a wee note somewhere might help.

Summary: Great stay , very comfortable would definitely recommend!

Positive: Lovely location and host. Chickens came to visit us, which my daughter loved. Hot tub does need to be booked separately so please make sure you consider this if you want to use it. Beds were comfortable and large.

Negative: Not a lot could be improved. The kitchen could do with a few more items such as a baking tray and measuring jug.

Positive: The cottage was beautiful with two good sized bedrooms each with an ensuite and a fully kitted kitchen. The enclosed garden was also great for the dog.

Negative: The beds weren't super comfy, but everyone's tastes in beds is different.

Positive: The host was great and met our Tesco shop and unpacked it on our behalf.

Negative: We really wanted to use the spa facilities. It wasn’t clear to us that you had to book the facilities separately. The images looked like each cottage had a hot tub. We would have been happy to pay an additional cost but were limited as the facilities were booked out all day due to the number of cottages. It would be better if you could book out for slots. Part of the attraction of the accommodation was the spa facilities and we weren’t able to use them.

Summary: Lovely stay that would have been even better with spa access.

Positive: Everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. Beds, linen, pillows and duvets were superb. Excellent outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare food. Added bonus of wood burner in the lounge, making it extremely cosy in the late evenings when the temperatures dropped. We especially enjoyed the company of the delightful chickens when we were outside, they’re so funny!!!

Positive: It was snug but with lots of room, everything was there. Lovely and warm with gigantic beds and comfortable duvets. Home location and really central for all the wonderful towns in the area.

Positive: The cottage was gorgeous and felt so homely. We felt at ease and it had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy and the link provided with all of the information on was so useful!

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, but with two mischievous puppies, the gaps in the fence were a potential issue. It wouldn't stop us coming back though!
