Positive: Everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. Beds, linen, pillows and duvets were superb. Excellent outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare food. Added bonus of wood burner in the lounge, making it extremely cosy in the late evenings when the temperatures dropped. We especially enjoyed the company of the delightful chickens when we were outside, they’re so funny!!!

Positive: It was snug but with lots of room, everything was there. Lovely and warm with gigantic beds and comfortable duvets. Home location and really central for all the wonderful towns in the area.

Negative: Only caution if you are tallish be careful of your head 🤣🤣

Positive: The cottage was gorgeous and felt so homely. We felt at ease and it had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy and the link provided with all of the information on was so useful!

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, but with two mischievous puppies, the gaps in the fence were a potential issue. It wouldn't stop us coming back though!

Positive: Lovely cottage, well presented and renovated, with a well tended garden, including the pond area plus easy parking for two cars. Enjoyed the Blackadder pub for a meal. Great Central base for Edinburgh, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Holy Island and Bamburgh.

Negative: Tricky to find the property as no signs, it seems to be down another property's drive. Village/Town looks a little uncared for in places.

Summary: Very quiet cottage in Central Village location.
