Summary: Charlotte was great at communicating in the weeks prior to our arrival, and she was a wonderful host during our weekend stay. She and her partner prepared a delicious dinner for our family’s celebration, and their hospitality made the experience very special. - just keep in mind that toiletries are not provided.

Summary: We can't say enough good things about Charlotte, her farm and her lovely B&B. The accommodation is a lovingly relocated and renovated historic tavern, with modern conveniences like a-c, furnished with antiques. She has brought her vision of a house that fits her family's farm, where the Geers have lived for hundreds of years, to life piece-by-painstaking-piece. Now she hosts small weddings and events, and runs a great B&B. I was blown away by her reaction to the news that I don't eat animal products for breakfast (or any other time). Instead of the usual 'well, that's a nuisance - how about this box of cereal?' she made a wonderful fresh vegan breakfast for me, as well as a perfect eggs-and-bacon meal for Dan. The location is beautiful with great views and lots of birds. We and our two dogs had a great time and will be back. It's a shame there isn't a decent restaurant in a 50 mile radius, or at least we couldn't find one. Charlotte should start one, for sure.

Summary: I have no words to describe how amazing and wonderful this place was! Charlotte and her assistants help make our day so special and so thankful we found this place and got married at her beautiful property! Charlotte make sure it was perfect and clean and didn’t wanted me to feel stressed and that is how I felt, I would never forget this day and definitely going back for our anniversary!! I highly recommend this beautiful magical place for weddings or any special events you have! Thank you so much Charlotte and definitely would see you soon! 🥰❤️🤗

Summary: An authentic experience in an old tavern, now a 4 bedroom B&B. Plenty of common areas to hang out (the piano room, the keeping room, the parlor, and the tap room). Original post and beams, plank floors, candelabras, wavy glass windows, all decorated with period pieces--can't get more genuine. Great breakfast in the morning, and a nice walk around the property to see the trees and the pond. We'll be back...
