Summary: It was a very nice hotel kind of confusing to get around from reception to my room to the pool. Very quiet hotel. But the location is perfect. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Our room was beautiful with a fantastic huge terrace overlooking the lake. The front staff at the hotel were wonderful. Our only issue was at the restaurant which I don’t know if they are connected to the hotel or not, but the food was terrible even though it was a gorgeous view.

Summary: We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The room was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony was great. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. We paid extra for breakfast a couple of days which was great and we had room service as well.
