Summary: It's a bed and breakfast. And the rooms are quite rudementary, the sound insulation so and so, and the cleanliness of the communal toilets and showers vary. But the price is good, the location excellent, and the breakfast exemplary. So all in all, we give it five stars. And will stay there again when we visit Mariefred.

Summary: Loved staying here, it felt like a posh youth hostel, we never had to wait to use the bathroom and while it was basic, everything was clean and comfortable. Lovely location, breakfast was in a hotel run by the same people in the town which was a 5 min walk away but not a problem at all, the breakfast itself was great (lots of vegan options) and the staff were so friendly.

Summary: Very Pictureque and cosy building, environment and excursions by boat and train.. Would have liked quiet breakfast room or, if necessary, classical music at a very low sound-level. Dinner and breakfast tasted lovely!

Summary: Stayed a night in a room for three on second floor. Room was small, but cozy with old windows looking out on green landscapes, vegetable garden and lake. Very quiet at night. Bathrooms/toilets not in the room, but since there seemed to be many, it felt practically as if we had our own, just had to step out of our room and into bathroom right next to it. Dusty in the corners of the room, otherwise very nice.

Summary: awesome location in a beautiful town, clean, comfortable. Only downside is the shared bathrooms / showers. A bit hard when you are there for a race and everyone wants to take a shower at the same time. Other than that, it was good!

Summary: Very friendly staff. Breakfast is served at the Inn in town, about 1 km away. I'm glad it wasn't raining as we were on foot.
