Positive: The air conditioner blew cold, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Nice tv with HBO. Tub/ shower with decent water pressure and hot water.

Negative: We put the do not disturb on our door because we didn't want or need our room cleaned. Not only was that ignored removed from the door when we returned. Not sure why because nothing was cleaned only left towel didn't remove trash just moved it along with our suitcases for no purpose. Sink was still dirty from when we first came in. Creepy is how we felt after returning to our room. Then was charged a deposit we were told we wouldn't be charged. For the price of the rooms these things should never of occured. I never complain but this needed to be said so hopefully it doesn't happen to another person. A n d this is the only place for me to stay when I'm visiting my family. And it sucks because makes me not want to visit again. Hopefully it is something that can be addressed for me to return.
