Positive: Clean little cabin. Beds comfortable. Nice screened in porch.

Negative: Futon uncomfortable to sit on. No shades on the windows and curtains skimpy. No one responded to our request to add an hour to check out time which is early, 9am.

Summary: This tiny cabin had all we needed for a weekend stay but a little pricey for a basic place to sleep.
