Summary: I usually stay at this hotel on the right side of the building when entering the lobby and all is fine. This time, I was on the left side and it was a really bad experience. First, I waited 15 min to have someone at the reception desk to check-in. The room was worn-out and basic. It was very noisy from all sorts of AC noises around the room. The bed was very small, uncomfortable, and the "pillow" more hard small rocks than anything... That said, people are nice, food is good, it's a pity that there is such a difference between the two parts of the hotel...

Summary: The hotel was well organized with a great breakfast, friendly staff, and happening buzz. A lot of groups were there for bicycling and outside activities.

Summary: Booked a standard room that, as it appeared, does not include a coffee/tea maker. The receptionist Anouk saved the day by providing one anyway (great service - thank you!), but I've never heard of a room without such an implement. Make it standard!
