Positive: The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a nice place to rest after travelling. The staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The room was clean and offered good value for money.

Negative: However, being in the middle of the forest also meant opening the windows wasn’t an option unless you wanted a room full of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning either, which made the room stuffy in warm weather.

Summary: Overall, a calm place to stay for one night, but better ventilation would make it more comfortable.

Positive: The location is picturesque and the house has a charm. 24/7 reception and drinks/snacks available. Nice and unique room. The bathroom was also nicer than would expect from a motel.

Negative: We booked the more expensive room, which also stated we have a "lake view" (ok there was a river). But we got a room that was facing the parking lot and highway... that was quite disappointing, especially for. the 100+ euro price!
