Positive: Everything. The location was great, nor far from O2. It was clean, fresh, spacious, really great. We will definitely stay again. We were allowed to leave our luggage for few hours which was So helpful. Really amazing host, thank you.

Positive: Modern and very clean. The main bed was super comfy and the property had lots of bit and bits to keep you going for the weekend should you have forgotten anything. Great location for transport too. Best for you people I would say.

Negative: The sofa bed was like all sofa beds a bit uncomfortable. The sofa on the kitchen (where the tv was as situated) was quite small and dipped. But for a short weekend it didn’t affect our stay, but worth a mention. Loved everything else!

Positive: Lovely apartment, really close to Chalton train station. Great shower, very cosy, very clean. Main bed was really comfortable.

Negative: Sofa bed was not that comfortable, felt like you were sinking in the middle when laid on. Ideal for two small kids but not two teenagers/adults. WiFi information that was provided was incorrect, no WiFi access.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. We received all the information that we need.

Negative: Unfortunately, we had no support in resolving small, but important problems. The coffee machine was broken (and remained that way) and although there was a TV, there was no remote control. We were told that it would be provided, but nothing happened.
