Summary: The woman working the front desk wasn't friendly at all. The beds were sloppily made. The room has a weird smell and wasn't well wiped down.

Summary: Let me start with the positives. Staff was very friendly and did help with alternate accommodations. We reserved a king size room and when we went into our room, the odor was terrible. The room appeared clean but had such a strong odor of mildew and mold there was no way we could sleep in there. They did give us another room which was tolerable but we did purchase some Lysol and room spray to try and clear the air. The water pressure was decent but smelled a little like chlorine along with the clean laundry having a chemical odor (at least I knew it was clean but was not very pleasant) Will likely not stay there again

Summary: The room condition was not up to par. The vinyl plank flooring just inside the door of room 202 had large gaps between the panels, and was obviously loose. One of the three bathroom lights in room 202 was burned out, and the bathroom was especially dark as a result. We pulled out a night stand from the wall a few inches to plug in a phone charger, and the floor under/behind the night stand had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast staff was helpful, but not friendly. The same is true for the front desk staff.

Summary: Comfortable room, friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast, convenient location, great price. Mostly spotlessly clean except for an odd stain on the ceiling of the room. I wish we'd been able to stay longer, it was so nice.

Summary: Overall good facility. Front window service was not inviting, on the contrary. After letting her know she was being very short and hard to understand, she did a bit better. It was bad enough that if I hadn’t of prepaid, and would’ve had to purchase through the lady, I would’ve walked out.
