Summary: I really hesitate to write anything negative in reviews because I know how much of an impact they can have. But I feel like something needs to be said here. The property itself was very nice and clean and was in a perfect location. It's a condo above a hair salon. During business hours, you can hear the people in the salon word for word on the living room/kitchen level of the condo. You cannot hear anything on the second floor bedroom level, so you will not be awaken by the salon noise. Upon arrival, we had trouble opening the door and this continued the whole weekend. You would enter the code and then have to jiggle the handle in the exact right way to get it to unlock correctly. It took multiple tries every single time. When we checked in, we received a link with information about the condo and check out, but then after we went to sleep the last night, we got a separate message with completely different information. After communicating with them, they allowed us the later checkout from the original message. The security panel by the door was chiming every 15 seconds the whole time we were there, despite communicating to management about it and having it reset 3 times. Then I gave up. When we were at the condo one morning, a maintenance worker entered the front door of the condo using his own key code. It was quite alarming. He left when I told him he wasn't allowed to be there. The property manager apologized for the mistake, but this really was unsettling.

Summary: We were in Greensboro for a dance competition. It is in a wonderful location, just 4 minutes from the Carolina Theater. If we have another competition in Greensboro in the future, we will definitely pick this place again.
