Negative: We had an issue in that some water from the kette spilled and shorted out all the sockets in the room. They fixed it quickly enough though. However, I plugged in the kettle the next morning and it shorted all the sockets agsin.it didnt bother us too much as we were checking out a few hours later - but it was a bit of an inconvenience. The hotel is good but I felt it was a bit overpriced.

Summary: Good hotel - even if it is a bit on the expensive side.

Positive: The room was lovely & very clean. We had bar food & the floor staff were really nice & helpful. Breakfast was very good, they were a bit short staffed & under pressure but the girls there did a great job.

Negative: The only drawback was we could everything going on in the room next door to us, we heard them getting back to their room late that night, we also could hear very clearly their conversations. We could even their phone alarm going off in the morning, all of which made it hard to sleep

Positive: We stayed room only, the room was large, recently refurbished and very comfortable Staff at reception were very nice and helpful. The Hotel is located two miles or so outside of Limerick town. The Hotel was very quiet and restful.

Negative: It was slightly too far out of town but that is my fault I should have researched more carefully but I have no negative feedback for this hotel
