Positive: The living accommodation was a good size, well located and very quiet. Nice to have outside space. Well equipped kitchen and welcome basket.

Negative: First impressions were excellent but over time we noted the windows needed a good clean and the bathroom though roomy is a little tired and could do with a make over. The dishes and glasses benefited from being run through the dishwasher before use. The very early check out of 9.00am was not great as we were also asked to bag all bedding and laundry before departure and we then had a 10 hour journey home.

Positive: The cottage was very spacious with an amazing fireplace with log burner and had a basket with lots of logs and equipment to light it. Kitchen has everything you need and more! Furniture very good quality and comfy, has a big TV, we watched the birds on the bird feeders lots of little visitors including a woodpecker! In the patio area a bbq, we brought disposable bbqs and just placed them in it which worked well, theres also a table and chairs with a veiw of the countryside, we wanted to live there!

Negative: The only thing the chairs on the patio were uncomfortable luckily we had brought our own folding chairs so we used those.
