Positive: The place is very relaxed and peacefull, surrounded by plants, trees and tropical birds. The owners of the guesthouse are friendly, and very helpful with everything. There is free water refill, and a very nice terrace where to have breakfast (for a small additional price), or just chill during the day/evening.

Positive: The property was sheltered under many trees which was like staying in a tree house. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The owners are the kindest people you could ever meet. Nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel like part of the family. The beach and restaurants were 15 minute walk or little ride in a tuk tuk . Lots of things to see. Very interesting place.

Positive: We stayed here on our honeymoon and honestly, everything was amazing. The property is a lush hidden paradise, yet not far from heart of the city. The level of service and hospitality from the hosts is unparalleled. Sheba treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was excellent. We loved waking up to the dawn chorus of the birds and having breakfast up on the roof. Even after just a few days it was hard to leave. Hope to go back someday!

Positive: Ashley and Sheeba are great hosts who have created a truly special Homestay in the heart of Fort Kochi. The beautiful garden makes you feel like you are on the countryside, and the rooms are charming, clean and cozy. Sheeba cooks amazing breakfast and was very helpful in organizing different things such as airport pickups, booking train tickets, and giving recommendations for local shops. As solo traveller, I felt very safe and well taken care of. During the Biennale, this is the perfect place to stay, as everything is in walking distance. You made my stay in Kochi special and I look forward to coming back! Thank you for making me feel at home.

Positive: I was travelling for work and stayed at this property for one day with my colleague. We both simply loved how grand a colonial bungalow it is, the manner it is maintained with and how it feels. The breakfast was sumptuous and I've never had a more authentic home cooked South Indian food than that. The hosts are exceptionally good people and I mean it. Would definitely love to visit again.

Negative: There could have been an LCD TV. It would have made stay better.

Positive: Excellent, generous breakfast. Spacious terrace area. Cool vintage style decor. Luscious, shady garden area. Free water refills. Good WiFi connection. Friendly staff. Helpful restaurant recommendations and SIM card recommendations.

Negative: Privacy - No curtains on bedroom windows, only netting. Birds in cages in the garden which we find cruel.
