Positive: I was surprised on the hotelcomplex outside the city. Beautiful surrounding and quiet.

Negative: Excellent kitchen, evening and morning with rice soup katom moo. Wine ok, not much choice.

Positive: Our stay at Green Ville Laguna Hotel was perfect! The staff (including Pay) were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who were always available to provide assistance. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also ideal for us as my girlfriend was visiting family living close to the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Positive: My wife and I stayed here to be close to a friend´s house which was perfect for us. Everything about this hotel is absolutely fabulous. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times who even ran out with umbrellas to protect us from the sun when walking from the car park to reception. Such a wonderful example of professionalism and hospitality. All facilities and amenities were meticulously clean 24 hours and the room was great with an extremely comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was amazing with a great choice of dishes on the menu.

Negative: Nothing, Everything was perfect.

Summary: The Green Ville Laguna is the definition of Thai hospitality at its finest. Thank you to all staff.
