Positive: The location was lovely and quiet. It Overlooked a Donkey paddock which was an added bonus. Very clean, with lots of spare bedding and blankets. Emily was so thoughtful, upgrading us as our lodge wasn’t ready when we arrived and putting home baked yummy cake in the kitchen, which was stocked with milk, sugar and tea.

Positive: First impressions on pulling in were great — the place felt super inviting right away. Peaceful setting, clean and cozy lodge, and friendly hosts. The hot tub was a treat, and the farm animals added a lovely touch.

Positive: Lovely lodge. Had everything we needed in lovely setting. We were let down by other accomodation and they accommodated us at last minute i.e. within a couple of hours. This allowed us to attend a festival so we didn't miss out on tickets we had paid for and they saved my 8 year old son from being disappointed on his birthday weekend. They left delicious lemon cake to welcome us to lodge and milk. Check in was easy and all instructions or information about the lodge was available in lodge and easy to access so all our questions were answered. As it was last minute we didn't bring our costumes but the hot tub and sauna on site also looked great and the kids loved the animals. Even better that you can also bring dogs. Thanks for a great stay and saving our weekend
