Positive: Absolutely fabulous. Beautiful surrounding, like if you were in the jungle. Very friendly and helpful owner Marcela. A really sweet lady. Nice dip pool. It’s a small paradise in the jungle.

Negative: If you come by bus, you will need to walk quite a distance from the busstop to the Inn. It is not an easy road to walk with luggage.

Positive: Green Valley Inn is a fabulous oasis. Our group - three families including 5 teens - stayed for 5 nights. It was the perfect place for us to all have our own space but spend time together. The grounds were beautiful with loads of native birds. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Marcela was a gracious host, allowing us to spread out over all of the cabins, cooking delicious meals with Eva (fried jack! coconut rice!), and just generally taking care of us. She arranged for two great guides - Elias & Michael - to take us to the ATM cave. They were perfect for our group. Highly recommend staying here - it was a slice of heaven for our group.

Positive: GVI was located off the beaten path in the most beautiful jungle setting. We were served fresh juices from fruit grown on the property and delicious local cuisine. Marcella is a wonderful hostess and very accommodating in every way. I plan on returning to this property on a regular basis.

Positive: I read every review before going because it just seemed too good to be true…Well it exceeded all of my expectations. Marcella and her staff is impeccable. She made this trip one to remember. The property is beautiful, a slice of paradise. The meals are prepared with love and so delicious. Clean eating for sure. Tasted things I normally wouldn’t and it was damn good. Thank you again Marcella for helping me celebrate our anniversary and her birthday. Your help with personal touches really made this trip magical. Can’t thank you enough.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this piece of heaven. We stayed in one of the wooden lodges with warm (!!) outdoor showers. If you look up you just see the trees and birds! We saw and heard the toucan from our room, saw the hummingbirds sitting in the trees and around the feeder, and even heard a nightjar at night! There is a small fridge with beverages to purchase in the room, and free coffee and tea. The food at breakfast and dinner is wonderful (I tried many new things) and there is always good energy in the kitchen, everyone is so friendly! Marcella also has a lot of really helpful travel advice and always looked out for how to help! :) Thank you so much for this amazing stay!

Positive: The property was gorgeous. Calm and relaxing with lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The host was so friendly and gave us lots of information about the area, and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do whil ewe were there.

Negative: Partly the nature of the buildings (the same everywhere you go in the area), and not a fault of the owner, but we could hear every word that the guest in the adjoining cabin said, to the point that sometimes it sounded like he was in our cabin.

Summary: Lovely relaxing are to spend a few days.
