Positive: The room was clean and the views were amazing, the shared courtyard is so beautiful. Staff was super friendly and helpful they responded to us quickly and were very pleasant to deal with.

Positive: The view out the back of the building was wonderful and I appreciate the comfortable seating, grill and cool outdoor sauna.

Negative: The room, #6, had a moisture problem. The rug on the floor felt damp, there was standing water behind the toilet. We stayed two nights and the towels we used on day one were still wet when we needed them on day two. No, we did not get fresh towels in our room and the bed was not made or room refreshed.

Summary: I see potential for this Hotel, but its not there yet.
