Welcome to Green Monarch. This architectual beauty is perched on Moose Mountain in The Idaho Club -- providing sweeping, territorial views of Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain. Be one of our FIRST guests and experience the tranquility and awe-inspiring views, while being 15 minutes away from downtown Sandpoint and 35 minutes from the top of Schweitzer.
Upstairs is a grand Great Room with wood floors, massive windows, a gas fireplace and cook's delight kitchen with Wolff cooktop and oven. A large covered deck can be enjoyed year round, with its own stone fireplace and majestic views. The primary suite has a King bed, plus sleeper sofa and a large bathroom, complete with a glassed in shower and soaking tub area. The second bedroom also has a King bed.
Downstairs the family room is set up for movies, watching your favorite sports team, playing Ping Pong or entertaining at the wet bar. Three additional bedrooms with: Queen, Queen and a bunkroom with 3 twins + 1 full, provide plenty of sleeping and privacy for family and friends. Fabulous laundry and mud room area, plus a deep garage for parking large trucks and cars.
The Idaho Club is a Jack Nicholaus Signature golf course and Green Monarch is located inside the South gate. Summary: What an amazing place to gather with friends. Pictures don't do the house justice and the view is second to none. I've never been to a property this well appointed. Literally anything you could ever want for the kitchen was provided. There were plenty of towels and the property manager provided several soap/shampoo/detergent boxes so we never had to hunt these down! I would 10/10 stay here again.

Summary: This property is absolutely beautiful! It was a great place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Lots of space to meet everyone’s needs. A highlight for me was the patio with the fireplace. Breadth taking views and a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Daugherty Property management company was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

Summary: We loved everything about the home! Ease of use of tvs, appliances, everything! If we had to think of one amenity we were missing - there weren't any Kleenex boxes.

Summary: Everything thoughtfully considered and provided for at this property. House was spotless, the view is outstanding and the rec room downstairs made for extra space so everyone had some space. The ONLY thing we couldn't find were kitchen shears - a pretty good testimony for planning I do believe!
