Positive: The hostess was pleasant, the house was spotlessly clean.

Negative: The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms works as a fan, though, which keeps the room temperature around 27-28 degrees at night. What we did not like is that the house is located in a non entirely habited area, which predisposes for the presense of a great deal of very hungry mosquitoes, wasps, crickets, spiders, cats and others. The presense of mosquitoes is so intense that makes the usage of the yard impossible.

Summary: Overall, not a bad place for the money value, but the bugs presense would prevent us from booking.
