Positive: Perfect location. A little outside main town. Very peaceful with mountains view. Arrangement to sit outside and relax. Next to hot springs and beautiful mountains

Negative: Reaching there without car will be difficult. But that’s understood I believe.

Positive: Beautiful house in an amazing location. We stayed there as a couple with two dogs for more than two weeks. We loved it very much and would be happy to come back. The bed is very comfortable and high quality, and the sofa is also very comfortable. It is excellent value for the price. The host is available, kind, and always ready to help with anything. We needed a few more kitchen tools, but he solved it for us quickly.

Negative: The only thing that slightly bothered us was that his parents come every morning to feed a cat and stay for a few hours. It affects the privacy a bit and makes it harder to feel completely free in the house.

Summary: Overall, we are very satisfied. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Positive: The house is located in a small village, very close to the river and 2 restaurants (we especially liked Vitora). The bedroom has good airco and is quiet. We've had a good sleep during our stay. It was very easy to have contact with the host via WhatsApp. Also met the parents of the host. Very friendly people. From Petran you can easily explore the beautiful area of mountains and the Vjosa river. We would recommend Sopotit waterfall and Langarica Canyaon, Highly recommended accomodation, good value for money.

Negative: Bean bags are there but would have been nice to have comfortable chair to sit outside.

Positive: We stayed for a family vacation at Green House Permet. Conveniently located close to the hot springs we were able to easily locate the house thanks to the direction from our host. Easy parking for the car at location. The house contains all expected equipment for our stay and we really appreciated the AC in the room considering the summer Albanian nights. We were able to find a local restaurant 5 minutes walk away from the house overseeing the local river. A great experience and would recommand Green House for a family stay in the area.

Negative: Nothing as everything met our expectation :)

Positive: We really enjoyed our time in the Green house. It was very easy to find, the location quiet and accessible at the same time, in the village you find a small sip and coffee / taverna facilities so you don’t have to drive. The house itself was well equipped and the owners wear such wonderful and warm hosts. Many thanks for your hospitality, we hope to return one day.
