Positive: Giorgio and his wife! Helpful, friendly, speaking English very well. The appartment! Spacious. Friendly, inviting. Very new, clean. Very well equiped and divided into nice rooms. Washing machine in the external room below in the next building is very practicle. Rates are fair. View. Kitchen, living room very beautiful. Anti-Moscito grids on the doors very useful. Big fridge. Relaxed and remote.

Negative: One of the beds is more comfortable than the other. Temperature in summer much better than at the coast, but sometimes we still wished we would have had airco. The main disadvantage and advantage is the last 7km to the appartment. Not steep or difficult, but it takes quite much time, especially after you already need quite much time to get to Pieve di Teco from the coast.

Summary: Lovely new and spacious appartments, reasonable price. Friendly hosts

Positive: The hosts made this stay so so fun! The house itself was perfect also. Very nicely renovated with everything you need for a longer stay. We stayed 1 week and were thinking of booking another week. If you are looking to get away into the Italian hills and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place. If you are looking to meet 2 amazing Italian locals from this village, this is your place! The hospitality was just amazing. We even got invited over for a meal and a drink. We couldn't be happier for our decision to book this place in the hills last minute. Its only a 10 minute drive down to the local town for basic shopping/gym/dinner/drink. Or 25 minute drive down to Imperia. The bigger city where we went swimming, beach bars and did our bigger food shopping. very very highly recommend!
