Positive: The hotel was nicely set up and the check in process was very easy. 24hrs staff on standby and the staff attending to us (Mohd) was extremely pleasant and helpful. This would definitely be our favourite choice for our future trips to Puchong.

Negative: Loud Karaoke nearby but it’s not disturbing us in the room. Only can be heard at the lobby area.

Positive: The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The surrounding area is full of eateries and convenient stores. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Negative: There is no private parking. This busy area is always full of visitors and parking is difficult to find. Car parks are only available after business hours, late evening.
