Positive: Liked that it was small. Convenient location for us. Friendly and accomodating staff-called to check on us en route and willing to wait because we were late due to traffic. Loved frig, microwave and snacks. Lots of pillows!!

Negative: Only issue we had was a loud walker above us the last 2 nights. Could hear people next door.

Summary: Very relaxing. Met all our needs.

Positive: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bob went out of his way to find a perfect room for me, carried my bags up the stairs, and even got me some ice.

Positive: I liked the effort put into the renovations. Its always nice to see upkeep going on. Check in was easy, we did it during office hours. Area was quiet

Negative: My only complaint was the slamming door to the stairs on the 4th floor. It just doesn't close nicely on its own so every time its opened by staff or guests, not sure, it slams shut.

Positive: Bed was comfy, it was clean, quick check in process.

Negative: The pillows were unusable, super tall and firm. The place was very loud if other quests were leaving/talking. The fireplace was unfortunately broken.

Positive: There was Kuerig coffee machine; always a plus and good to know in advance. Note, Hotel is not in Green Harbor MA, but a bit east of Pembroke - Marshfield exit off of Rte 3 . Inland

Negative: Bathroom a little spare; no towel racks. Bedroom no place to sit or table. No maid room refresh at all without asking. Should at least be E.O.D.

Summary: Needed a place near Duxbury, they were 12 min away.

Positive: It was beautifully done over with a walk in shower black and white theme in the bathroom and the main room.

Negative: The pillows were like putting my head on a rock, awful. I wish there was a little table and two chairs to eat on, instead of sitting on the bed eating like a teenager. All there is, is a small catch-all table that held the coffee machine snacks etc..
