Positive: The staff were truly exceptional and made a very positive difference in our stay. They were always available, attentive, and helpful at all times, showing a genuine full-time commitment to guests’ needs. The location is absolutely stunning — the landscape is unforgettable and one of the highlights of the experience. The aesthetics of the accommodation are also very beautiful, with a lot of attention to design and atmosphere, which makes the place feel special and welcoming. However, there is some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. While it did not overshadow the overall experience, improving this aspect would help the property fully match the high standard set by the service and the surroundings.
Summary: 5 stars
