Positive: The apartment is new and beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was especially useful in August. Closed yard, plenty of parking space. Code lock - simple and convenient. The street was nearby, but we didn't hear anything (windows facing another side).

Negative: I didn't find any shower gel or shampoo. Automatic window blinds automatically open/close at 9PM and 8AM and I didn't find anyway to turn that feature off.
