Positive: Nice location and very relaxing. "Up north" vibe!

Negative: Two out of four got cold showers. Electrical outlets few and far between.

Positive: The property was an excellent location for our needs. The kitchen was very handy and had most of the essentials for cooking meals. Quiet. Nice view of the lake.

Negative: We knew it did not have air conditioning, but that was the most serious drawback. Very stuffy and hot when we arrived. Humidity was high in the house and especially in the bathroom, moisture accumulated on the floor. Windows would not stay open because of their age and needed to be propped. The queen bed was uncomfortable for two people due to both rolling into the middle. Fortunately the couch was very comfortable and long enough for a tall person to sleep on so then only one person slept in the bed.

Summary: Overall a cute little lake cabin, but lack of air-conditioning was a definite disadvantage.
