Summary: Great stay!

Summary: Well the place is nice and it has a lot of options inside for younger children. I feel like they nickel and die me to death. I didn’t know that parking was separate so I had to pay an extra $26 just to park for 12 hours the rooms are big and the beds are semi comfortable. Quiet time is supposed to be between 11 and seven, but I had children running up above our heads for half the night. I am up early and there’s nothing open early for adults not even coffee. I feel like they charge a little bit too much for what you get. We came early, but we still had to wait until 4 o’clock for our room to be ready. In order to use the pool area you have to change in the changing room and then buy a locker that cost $17 on up depending on the size you need. Just to put your valuables or whatever else you need in there until your room is ready.

Summary: Great family resort . Nice & clean and so much to do you don’t even have to leave the place . Best trip to the poconos by far. Con food is super pricey , maybe good to eat dinner once a day.

Summary: Was the first family outing in a while and it was much needed. The water park and hotel seemed to be very well taken care of and all staff seemed to help with anything needed.

Summary: I treated my daughter's family to an overnight stay. Terrific time. They had an amazing time at the waterpark. I wish I had known ahead of time about the cost of extras which I thought were included. Also, having to pay for parking at the hotel you're staying at, is shameful. My family enjoyed themselves so much, we will probably be back, prepared. We were treated with the utmost curtesy, by the staff.
