Positive: Loved the balcony and lake view. Loved the options for breakfast. LOVED the bed. So comfy and cozy. Great the the restaurant was right on site. Good food.

Negative: Loved the breakfast provided and perhaps I missed it, but hot water would have been appreciated. Our room was a bit smaller than the others on the floor (room 5). Would prefer a private balcony, but that's not a big deal. Service at the Lean To was a little slow but again not a deal breaker.

Summary: Cozy and nice lodge with great views of the lake that we found relaxing and calming.

Positive: It had great scenery and I liked how the property felt excluded from everything. I also liked how kayaks were included to use.

Negative: There was very little customer service, so when I had a question about my stay or the property there was no way of getting an answer. Although there was a number to call if I needed assistance with anything no one answered and the voicemail inbox was full so I couldn’t leave a voicemail.

Summary: Nice and cozy place but I just wish there were more employees on the property to help if the guests need any assistance.
