Summary: This is a fabulous winter retreat! We spent a wonderful 3 months in this beautiful home. Kim, the owner, was great to work with and left nothing out when preparing this unit for quests. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully appointed and we felt very mush at home. If not for us purchasing our own condo, we would be staying here next year and into the future!

Summary: We spent a delightful 1+ month here. Everything was as advertised in the description and the photos. The house was comfortable and spacious for the two of us and could have easily accommodated guests. The kitchen is very well equipped and we spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the green and peaceful surroundings. Kim was helpful and responsive the few times we had a question. In the last unit we rented in the area, we had a terrible time with the wifi but here it worked perfectly. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, golf and getting around this part of Florida.

Summary: This was my first time to stay on my own for a period of one month. The listing description and photos were very accurate. The home was clean and well maintained and the home owner could not have been more helpful. Although I have stayed in the area for shorter periods, I still found lots to do and enjoy in the area. What I liked most was the feeling of security and holiness of the area and the townhouse. There are many options for those who love the outdoors and just want a quiet place to relax, read or take in the sun. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives.
