This is a 3500 sqft exclusive vacation house in Walnut, , which has breathtaking city light view and mountain view! It has a sun deck, overlooking San Gabriel Valley.The spacious rooms and fine features of this house will certainly provide a pleasant and unforgettable experience for any guests. Our house has 6 bedrooms including 4 suites. 15 miles to Disneyland, 25 miles to downtown L.A close to market and freeway 60 and 57. It is surely a dream vacation house sits on top of the hill.
It is free 24-hour 5-6 cars parking in front of our house and driveway.

There is strictly not allowed any parties and events. If we find there is a party, break the house rules, and more guests than specified on the booking, you will loss your security deposit.

Summary: Overall, the home was nice. It had a lot of character. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The owners were nice and communicated very well. Cleaning could be better, especially dusting. My only issue is that while we were gone, the owners came into the home. Why not come while we are there?

Summary: House was exactly as described. Located close to shopping, batting cages, farmers markets, etc. about 30 miles to a gorgeous beach (Huntington) We came for softball but we were located in the middle of everything. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is roomy! I had 3 adults and 3 kids in our party and we never felt crowded. House was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. We could have easily had 6-8 more people in our party and been just fine. Don't hesitate to book- you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Cons Home needs lots of remodeling. Furniture is very old an worn down especially the living room and dining room. Bedroom next to the dining table had floors bubbling up probably cause by the humidity. Patio was nice but again needs repairs. Front door knobs are old and one of them pulls off if you turn the wrong way. Home had a very old smell and Pros Lots of bedrooms, 3 rooms had private bathrooms. Great for big families. Backyard city view was amazing. Kitchen was almost fully equipped. The kitchen needed a blender and better pots and pans. AC unit works. Washer and dryer works but are very old and hard to close doors. Pool was nice no need to be heat it up, it was hot outside. Stores near by. I slept good and had no issues. Home Host was very communicative didn’t take long to respond back. If you don’t mind renting an older house, this house is great.. quiet neighborhood and feels very safe. Golf course right behind the house.

Summary: Very convenient for our purposes. The house was spectacular. The only issues of concern were burned out light bulbs and some rooms did not have heating. It got cold at night and there were no extra blankets. Other than that it was much as anticipated. Beautiful view.

Summary: The property manager was very nice and her response time was excellent! My granddaughter locked one of the bedroom doors and the property manager had to call a locksmith. They didn’t charge us and were very understanding about the situation. One of the bathrooms had a little ant problem, but she came right over and cleaned up. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty. You couldn’t tell by looking at them, but my granddaughters like to run around barefooted and their feet were filthy. Overall we really enjoyed the place and would definitely book again!!! Excellent customer service and communication!

Summary: We were a family of 11 and the space was perfect for all of us. The amount of bathrooms made it so easy for us to get ready a go on our day quick. The distance to Disney and Universal Studios was perfect. We were going opposite traffic at the time we left. Once you get there check everything first to see what you might need. Therese is a lot of seasonings and coffee available. Didn’t use the pool because of the weather but the view from the deck is pretty. Kelly was responsive when I had a questions.

Summary: This is a lovely quite neighborhood. The house is nice. The deck needs a little work. The stay in all was very nice and enjoyed by everyone. The communication with the owner was great. She responded very quickly to any inquiries we had.
