Positive: Excellent location in the heart of the Old City, making it very easy to explore everything nearby. Breakfast was good and varied, with plenty of options. The rooms are a bit small but very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which is always important to me. The atmosphere overall felt welcoming and well cared for. The staff truly stand out, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Many of them speak several foreign languages, which makes communication very easy. Special thanks to Bosid for his help and kindness, it really made the stay even more enjoyable.

Positive: Fantastic location right in the Old City, everything is within easy reach. The breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable each morning. Rooms are compact, but very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, which matters a lot to me. The overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff deserve special recognition, very friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. It was also great that they speak multiple languages, making everything smooth and easy. A nice touch that really stood out was being offered tea at the reception every time, small detail but very thoughtful. Special thanks to Bosid for his support and kindness, it truly added to the experience.
