Summary: Overall a good stay, spacious home, good location, quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn’t love is that we could tell this was a primary residence for someone. It was a little off putting to see someone else’s clothes in the drawers and food in the refrigerator.

Summary: I want to start with all my past VRBO experiences were in vacation homes or homes used only for VRBO. When I arrived, I discovered this property was the host's main residence. The property itself was nice, in a great location, and had comfortable furniture and bedding. However, I experienced several disappointing situations with this booking. First, the property was not ready when we arrived (which was 45 minutes after check-in time). The host was still inside cleaning and attempting to prepare for our stay. After the host left, we found numerous areas of the home which were not clean or as you would expect for a long weekend stay. The refrigerator was unclean and had moldy/rotten food in it, the freezer was packed full which made it inaccessible to use, the counters had dog hair on them, the toaster oven had not been cleaned for a long time, the dishes were dirty and needed to be rewashed before use, the laundry room was full of dirty laundry and inaccessible for use, the toilets were not clean, the shelves in the shower were dirty and still had used razors and stuff laying on them, the bathtub was dirty and had a bucket and dirty washrag in it, dog food dish with dog food in it left in the kitchen area along with an open bag of dog food, which we needed to clean up so our dogs did not get in it, along with other items. When I pay as much as the property cost, I at least expect it to be clean and areas listed accessible for use. And, the host is not the friendliest.

Summary: Place was great. One weird thing was that it very much felt someone was living there. Laundry in the laundry room, dog food in the dog bowl, lots of food in the fridge. We joked that the owners were staying the weekend in the RV parked in the driveway. But no worries.

Summary: Great time in Peoria. Our house was fabulous, spacious, clean, and awesome. Stephanie was a perfect host and was easily contacted for any questions. Will not hesitate to go back.

Summary: The owner was great at communication and accommodating to our early check in request. The location was perfect because we were in town for a softball tournament and it had 2 locations. This property was in the middle and idea proximity.

Summary: The property was perfect for two families to stay at. We had two13-14 year old boys that had the basement area to themselves. Having two separate bedrooms each with their own bathrooms upstairs was perfect to give everyone their own space. The big outdoor deck was great for relaxing after a long day of caddying for the boys. Communication with the property owner was easy and concise. Good location, central to all of the places we needed to get over the course of the week that we were there.
