Summary: This was the perfect property for our group of 3 couples, an infant and 2 dogs. We had plenty of room and with 3 levels everyone had their own space. With a park next door our dogs could easily get the exercise they needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there was comfortable living area where we could congregate. The communication with the property managers was seamless. and they went the extra mile by providing a high chair and pack and play. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: The outside of the residence has no Maintenace at all. No lawn or flowers just weeds. The outside needs paint badly. The inside was better and was well equipped. Lighting was very good. Garage was not usable for a car and could again stand some maintenance.

Summary: The property was very nice however the driveway is a nightmare when it snows. Had to buy 5 bags of ice melt and keep the driveway shoveled and dry while we stayed. No way to get out of the driveway unless you stay on top of the driveway with ice melt and snow removal when it snows. Nice house otherwise right next to the park.

Summary: We stayed with friends and family to ski here. The location is fantastic for beaver creek skiing. The house was cozy with good communal space. The only complaint is for a house that sleeps 10, parking is difficult if you have more than 2 vehicles.

Summary: This house fulfilled all our needs and expectations. There was room for a big group. Added bonus of being next to a park for walking our dogs, taking our little one to the playground, or just getting out into open space. If you don’t know the area this is a great place to set up home base and explore.
