It was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was quiet despite being so central. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions.

Positive: Nice location, walking distance to all major attractions. Clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Negative: We travelled with 3 youth and had the bedrooms for parents and the girl. We needed bed linen and blankets for the sofa beds in the living room. We were promised we would find everything ready, but it was not the case. The owner answered promptly and indicated a closet where we would find all we needed. Unfortunately it was a mess inside, nothing folded and laid properly on shelves. It was a mixture of blankets, duvets, bed sheets and pillow covers (who knows which ones washed or ironed). That was quite disappointing as I had asked prior to arrival and I was willing to bring my own if the location did not have extra sets. The bedrooms upstairs have ceiling windows only and beds are 140/200 - that did not bother us much as we are tiny people, but it would be nice to know in advance.

Positive: The apartment is beautifully decorated, very quiet despite being right near Union Square, and the building has a lovely courtyard. The bathroom is spacious with a relaxing hot tub. Washing machine and dryer also available. Air conditioning in both bedrooms is a big plus.

Negative: The interior stairs are quite steep, though manageable for most adults. Beds are Queen size—comfortable for most, but may feel a bit narrow for larger guests.

Positive: Excellent location (the best!), clean apartment, comfy beds, everything that was needed in the apartment was there (from bigger things to little) :) Good for staying multiple days, and for multiple people.

Negative: Note: We had a small miscommunication with type of payment, but was easy to resolve everything with the host, just check everything through messages and it will be okay :)

Summary: Highly recommended, excellent stay for groups in Timisoara!
