Summary: Room could have been cleaner had glass over dresser but eas dirty below the glass . Breakfast came out in dribs and drabs water for the tea/coffee was warm and not hot

Summary: We booked this hotel for its location and price, on arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we extended our stay by 1 night, set in a lovely location. The night before we checked out we had already booked up to stay again for longer, this has now become our new hotel to stay in every time we come down to see family and friend. Excellent place 5 out of 5 all round. 👍👍

Summary: the Gray Manor Hotel and Wedding Venue: We got our room and after going into the room finding out the cleaners had not been in there. All the bed sheets and pillows were stained and there was hair all over the place. I went back to the reception to complain, and a man came out in his bathrobe with no shoes on and his chest hanging out; he had clearly just gotten out of bed. He eventually gave me another room, but this one was just as bad, with lipstick stains all over the headboard and a filthy bathroom. The rest of the night was an absolute disaster. There was a huge vibration noise coming from the taps and a constant beeping noise coming from the hallway that made it impossible to sleep. This place was a total nightmare and definitely not what you would expect from a hotel and wedding venue. I would not recommend staying here.
