Negative: The electricity was scary! Different outlets worked intermittently and lights would flicker and randomly not work. The electric system definitely needs looked at by a trained electrician

Positive: It was spotlessly clean and was in a quiet location. The view was beautiful and the sweet kitty that came to visit while we were sitting on the deck was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm at night.

Positive: My favorite part was the huge deck that overlooks the bay. Watching the tugs go by and seeing the tide go in and out was just perfect. I would recommend staying longer than we did. I will next time. The beds were beyond comfortable, I slept soundly.

Negative: I think the only thing that might help is that you state the code to open the front door is for the lockbox to get the key. We were waiting for the door to unlock when we pressed the code, believe me that was minor but it might assist guests who are not used to a lockbox. The neighbor came over and helped us out with that

Summary: WAY TOO SHORT!! Loved everything about this place!
