This is a Bed and BREAKFAST, I provide you with Local food for breakfast!
We are within walking distance to Wailuku town which has coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, antique shops and Local Acting Theater. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the vaulted ceilings, the location. This is a private dwelling, I am located on property in a separate dwelling. My Gratitude Bed and Breakfast is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

There is one parking space that is located right at the front of the space.

You will have the whole O'hana to yourself. The space is approximately 750 square feet. There is a covered porch area for relaxing and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. In the early part of the day, you have a clear view of Haleakala Crater! There is a dining set on the porch where you can choose to eat your delivered Breakfast, or stay in the comfortable inside eating area.

Summary: This was our first VRBO stay. I can't imagine a better introduction. The space was beautifully set up, very clean, and well-stocked with the necessities of life. The outdoor porch quickly became our favorite place to hang out. Rhonda provided all-local delicious breakfast foods and was more than generous with information about local restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We would happily stay there again.

Summary: It was the most peaceful place I have ever walked into other than a church were you felt instatly calm, loved, and blessed. The gardens Rhonda planted are unreal. The care she puts into making you feel at home is above and beyond! She asks you what you like and breakfast is stocked in the fridge with all your favorites. She gives you a day bag to use to take lunch with you with ice packs that stay frozen all day. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. She wants you to have your best vacation whatever that means to you! The beds are comfortable...there is a queen, a daybed, and a futon on that awesome porch(my favorite relaxing spot)! The kitchen has everything you would need. The shower is big with river rocks on the bottom which is fantastic! There is no air conditioning but, you won't mind the breezes and fans are fantastic. I don't know if I'll ever go to a chain hotel or condo again....

Summary: Rhonda is a lovely host and this space was a perfect sanctuary while visiting local family. The photos on the listing don't quite capture just how large the space is with its high ceilings. The lush landscaping provides both privacy and cool shade - the ceiling fans and evening breezes were also a godsend. The parking spot might be tight for large SUVs but it worked for our midsize rental, no problem. The location is close to absolutely every amenity you need and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. This quiet residential neighborhood is walking distance to great local shops and lots of eateries, grocery markets and coffee. It's also just a short drive to sacred Iao Valley state park and being so close makes it easy to appreciate its beauty early in the morning before the park gets overcrowded. Heads up to folks who don't already know, there are feral cats all over the island, so don't be surprised if some come onto the porch in the night to remind you who is boss. ;)

Summary: Perfect location. Throwback vibe of growing up in my childhood sugar plantation home on Kaua’i. Coming home to this quiet property each afternoon, after six days of attending classes, made our stay very comfortable. Rhonda’s a great host and the banana bread..mmm, so onolicious. Parking was a little tight for our Nissan Sentra. Nice place to CHILLAX!!

Summary: Booking online through VRBO was easy. Drive from the airport to the location was short. Walkability score to local coffee shops, restaurants, and shops 9/10 (I have no disabilities). Entrance to the property was easy and the owner is available for all your requests. I came to the island to connect with family and see a couple of the sites. I would love to return to read a book and enjoy the local life. I love the details in this property that the owner has carefully considered for the guest. Mahalo

Summary: This gem is located near central Wailuku. It was a perfect base for us to explore the entire island. The fans and windows enabled us to be comfortable inside, and the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. We also loved using the George Foreman grill for steaks, fish, and hamburgers. Rhonda provided breakfast fixings that matched our preferences, and even hunted down some fresh local fruit for us. Rhonda was responsive when we reached out. Early on, for example, we asked if Rhonda had a jellyroll pan we could use. The next day there were two new ones on the porch, directing us to pick one! Rhonda (and her sidekick) also provided many good suggestions for our stay. We are glad we found Gratitude BnB and definitely recommend staying there.
