Positive: The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with tips on where to eat and providing a number for a taxi service. The buildings have been beautifully renovated. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and tidy.

Negative: The hotel is on the edge of Ribadavia and no evening meals are offered.As such the choice is to drive into town or pay for a taxi to find somewhere to eat.There is the option of walking along the river which is pleasant in daylight but is a forty minute walk.One would not want to do this at night. Breakfast was a little haphazard but there was only one member of staff so she did her best. As the property is set on a hillside it is a steep walk from the parking area to the reception area/rooms.

Summary: Characterful property with friendly hostess close to the beautiful town of Ribadavia.

Positive: Cosy room, green nature, close to old town and hot springs (by car) Pet friendly! Our dog loved it. Friendly staff, Zaida was very welcoming and helpful. We could open the gates with an app so no need to bother anyone late in the evening.
