Positive: The host was polite and self effacing, helpful re facilities and protocol re shared bathroom. He was knowledgable about restaurants in the town centre. The house was clean and tidy and quiet which was surprising for a town centre location. There was on street parking and my room was a large double with tv and wifi as well as a very comfortable bed. Plenty of plug sockets and soft carpeting. It fitted my purpose for a 2 day stay in the area.

Positive: Great location, only twenty minutes from the event I was there for. Shops close by and places to eat just minutes away. Nice room, comfortable and clean.

Negative: No locks on the bedroom doors were a little discomfiting having shared my stay with two others. Though in my case they too were there for the same reason as me, so that put us both at ease.

Summary: A good valued place to stay, in a good location!

Positive: The price was good - a lot cheaper than a hotel, good location - 10 mins walk from shopping centre, 25 minutes walk from the train station etc. The room was big and looking neat

Negative: The cleanliness of the house wasn't the highest standard (the floor downstairs - in the bathroom, windows, mirrors wasn't looking very clean).

Positive: It's in a great location, pretty clean, has everything you would need and the home owner is very nice (we bumped into each other on the final morning and he gave me a lift to the train station!!)

Negative: There were no locks on the bathroom and bedroom which felt a little unsafe (especially if you are sharing a house with a stranger).
