Positive: Room was comfortable enough, good size and clean.

Negative: A bit of road noise from the local village idiots sharing their crap music with anyone who didn't want to listen to it. To be fair to motel it was Saturday night, so week day nights may be quieter.

Positive: Have stayed in a few motels around Papatoetoe/Mangere many times before. The Grange Motel has been the best by far. Friendly Hosts, very obliging. Unit was clean and just what we needed. Close to family/ Motorway. Have booked to stay there again. Regards Brenda Norgrove

Positive: Staff was very responsive to our late check in request and it was a highly friendly experience. We were left with crackers and milk for breakfast and felt extremely welcome after our long flight

Positive: -TV had Netflix -We had a private cute outdoor area with a umbrella table and chairs -The staff were very friendly and helpful -Parking was very easy as our room had its own designated parking next to our door -Sofa was very comfortable -Got given a free cup of coffee and offered biscuits by reception on check out which was so lovely

Negative: -We had got given another room then what we had booked which was bigger but quite outdated -There was too much furniture everywhere which made it a little hard to get around so we had to rearrange it to make it spacious -The bathroom was tiny and with my biggest fear the toilet right across the shower plus the shower was outdated -The sink in the bathroom was leaking when it was turned on which made a puddle next to the toilet ☹️ -The bedroom had a musky smell -Might want to do a checkup on the AC as it looks outdated -The fire alarm made beeping noises every 2mins which was annoying and uncomfortable to try and sleep with

Positive: Loved everything about it! They upgraded our room and it was a great experience for the kids. The place was spacious so kids can go around and play around.

Negative: I just didn't like the bath area. They need a non-slip mat in the bathroom so kids can stay for too long in the shower without me worrying.
