Summary: The shower was freezing cold, the room smelt like an animal had been kept in there and not cleaned properly. And the bed was very uncomfortable. The door handle was hanging off which made accessing the room hard as when you push the lever down the entire unit moved. Overall very disappointed as the online images look good. But when you compare £60.00 a night to a premier inn or travel lodge- I wouldn’t waste my money there again!

Summary: We stayed only for 1 night and it was enough. All the hotel must be renovated. The bed was not comfortable. In the bathroom there was not the light and wasn't clean. We are sorry but we don't recommend it.

Summary: Arrived and nice room. Said it's non smoking but stank of fags. It had been recently decorated and the decorator must have had a few! Shower didn’t work so reported it but nothing got done (stayed 2 nights). Apparently they have a new dart board and from 8.30pm - 00.15 all you could here was...thud, thud, thud as the darts went in. Second night much better as it only lasted till 10pm. Breakfast.....eventually. It seemed they had to wake up the chef. No breakfast table made up so you could choose yoghurt or cereal. Full English wasn't much to be said, but on second morning I actually got extra meat rations courtesy of a nat or 2 nestled on my fried egg! Tried loading a picture but this site isn’t allowing me. I stay in various hotels all up and down tje country 2-3 times a week and this is not a place I will be visiting again. A couple of Americans were also staying and they too were not impressed!

Summary: Felt like there were two members of staff in the whole place. Reception was unmanned on arrival, with no one in the bar area either. Had to ring a doorbell left in the bar area to get attention. On check out there was some scruffy guy behind the counter who barely raised his head to acknowledge me checking out.

Summary: The hotel is not at all like the pictures online they must of been taken a long time ago. The room was small didn't looked very clean. The radiator was on and was missing the valve to turn it off so we asked at reception they said they would get someone to turn it off but nothing happened it was still on when we returned so had to sleep with the windows open which then was noisy. On arrival no one was at the reception we had to call the bell and on leaving today the staff were unprofessional with there feet up on the desk not very good customer service really. Especially saying you will get something fixed tben it doesn't happen. I never write feedback like this it was the worst place I have stayed in many years.
