Summary: The host was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. I was taken away with the views and ability to go on a hike was you walk out the front door. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Grandview. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. She brought firewood for our evening fires on the deck. The bed was comfy and the internet and TV worked great. Our only advice for future guests is to contact the owner if you have a trailer for available parking.

Summary: Fantastic hosts and amazing views. It was beautifully decorated and had everything one would need to do a little cooking. The only small issue was the WiFi. Our devices were constantly kicked off. When connected it was fast but I think the WiFi router may be a little too far away. But in reality, not having internet was not an issue because of the views, relaxed atmosphere and the satellite TV worked great!

Summary: We spent months looking for somewhere unique to stay in Moab and finally came across the Grandview listing. It looked a bit far from the attractions but we took a chance and booked it. Best decision ever!"Grandview" doesn't even begin to describe the incredible views from the space. Inside, the unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable; the furniture was in great condition and high quality. All of the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay were on hand. Can't recommend this place enough!

Summary: We LOVED our stay at Grandview! It's a few minutes out of town, up a winding drive, what an adventure! We enjoyed having breakfast outside, and using the grill at night. Beautiful property and landscaping, flowers, pergola, amazing sunsets from the patio, hummingbirds paying a visit, and a cool mountain breeze. Heaven. The bed and furnishings were clean and comfy. The home has a native southwest vibe and I loved the handcrafted details, the bathroom door and shelves (that arched wooden doorway!) We had everything we needed. The owners live nearby and are kind and friendly but also respect your privacy. Escape the bustle of downtown and stay here for fresh air and a true southwest experience.
