Positive: The room was spacious, clean and very well ventilated. Dove products in the bathrooms. Choice of different pillows. Complementary teas and coffees (especially at 4pm in the lobby). Staff were always very friendly, hospitable and understood the problem if I went to them. Food and drink was good. Location was far enough away from MG Road to be quiet but still not far from the centre.

Negative: Minor things. Had trouble being understood by some staff with my accent and I think speed of talking. There's no hotel bar, therefore a dry hotel - any plans for this? The pressure of the water through the shower cascade function was too strong as the water quickly backed-up over the rest of the floor, however this may have been just the drain retainer needing cleaning. The air con was still too strong even in Low mode, it got a bit too cold overnight. If it was off, the room could get cigarette smell coming through. Mini bar fridge worked but was always very hot when I opened the cabinet probably because of the tight confines of the cabinet. TV was limited - no English movies, couldn't watch the live India games in the room, no reception when raining. TV also had a green horizontal line across it. Gym needed more a/c, when I visited the door was opened, which meant I got loads of mosquito bites. Spa was pleasant but a bit pressuring with ringing up. Found I was a little pressured with taking food options and front loading at check in. Matress a little hard, started to get back ache.

Positive: Clean , safe rooms . Good restaurant . Nice buffet breakfast .

Negative: I was advised I will get my invoice by email . Still haven’t received it . Swimming pool is hidden in a corner . The lights inside the pool attract many insects inside the water and one ends up swimming with jumping insects which is very unpleasant .

Positive: Clean , safe rooms . Great service staff . Nice restaurant . Would be nice to see them open some hotels in Delhi too .

Negative: Double check your bill as I got told incorrectly that they had applied 15% discount on food as my booking showed , which I later discovered was not true . The swimming pool area has no ambience . Is a forgotten , little area . The lights inside the pool attracted so many insects jumping in and out of the water that it felt like swimming in a pool of insects . I gave up after 15 mins as the insects kept jumping next to me and on me inside the water . They should check the pool at their Kakinada hotel to get some good ideas .

Positive: Booked a suite for the stay. Spacious with 500 sft. Separate powder room in living area was a nice touch. Very polite and helpful staff at reception, restaurant made our stay pleasant. Will visit definitely in future. Satisfied with the value for money proposition.
