Summary: It’s a very nice and cozy hotel with an incredibly hard working efficient staff. They are very nice. It has grown quite expensive over the last few years for anything purchased on the property. However there are many choices for food/dining.

Summary: Hotel room was gross. Food crumbs everywhere in room. Lots of Stains on furniture and pee stains on mattress. Over 90 bucks in additional fees beyond the total given on hotel.com. Charged after check out, no mention of resort fee’s at check in. $40 dollar “upgrade room” fee on hotel.com Rez.

Summary: Hotel was nice enough, bed was comfy and room was clean. When we checked in our was not ready (this was an hour after check in began) and the self service computer does not automatically find you a new room. We had to wait in a very long regular check in line to explain our issue before we were given a new room. This wasted about 45 minutes. They did upgrade our room so that was nice. The food at all on site restaurants and cafés is double to triple market rate and is honestly not that great. I didn’t expect absolutely amazing food, but at least sell it at market rate. $14 for a small hot chocolate and a small yogurt is outrageous. On the other hand, the pool was nice
