Positive: The breakfast was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for better food anywhere. David, the manager, made every effort to be certain everything was perfect and it definitely was. The Tiki Bar between the pools is also a big plus.

Negative: There are 3 elevators in the building, however, 2 of them were OUT OF ORDER, and only one of those two had a sign on it indicating that. For someone with disabilities, especially walking, this was very difficult because I either had to walk way down the building corridor to get to the only working elevator and then walk all the way back to the place I wanted to be on the first floor whether it was parking lot or cafe or pool access, and the reverse when heading back to my room. Or I had to walk up and down stairs, that for me, are difficult and painful to maneuver. Although we told staff on our first day there that two elevators were out of order, there was nothing done about it while we were there.

Summary: The stay was very good, roomy condo and very friendly staff.

Positive: Very clean, kitchen was great. Many pools to choose. Great location.

Negative: Didn’t like being harassed to go to a meeting the next day assuming for a time share. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Shouldn’t have to speak to them just to get my parking pass validated.

Negative: The only downside was no balcony or windows that open. Lovely views but no fresh air.
