Negative: Did not like staying in a room with no window at all - made me feel claustrophobic - beware if u book the economy u may have no window ! Beakfast buffet was average - no real fresh juices - no bread left at 9:30 … go early if u want a good beakfast

Positive: We loved our stay at the Grand Resort in Belize City! It's a gorgeous hotel and the staff are some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. We swam in a beautiful infinity pool that looks out at the river. There is a delicious restaurant on site that is also run by the staff. For all of you gamblers, there is a casino onsite. The hotel is also expanding and will have much more amenities very soon. An airport shuttle is available for $15 per person and only takes about 10-15 mins from hotel. Overall, I believe we were very lucky to get to stay here for such an affordable price, because once word gets out on how amazing this place is, soon it will become very expensive to stay here.
