Positive: The apartment was amazing—really spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The building itself felt welcoming and safe, with excellent facilities. But what really made the difference was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the two wonderful receptionists who welcomed us upon arrival and took care of us during the late evening shifts. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

Negative: Hardly anything, a newer smart TV would be nice, and a ride in that really good looking Hummer parked in the driveway but that’s being picky i guess ;)

Summary: Fantastic apartment, beautiful building, and truly kind staff. loved it enough to stay even longer.

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Negative: Bed room Air conditioner not cool. Staff had deep cleaning. But not still not cool. I think gas no have. And kitchen room light not work. Please fix. Next time also I want to stay again.

Positive: It was near to where we had some meetings. There was daily room cleaning and abundant of bottles of mineral water given!

Negative: The aircon in my room was not working well and for the 1st night it shuts off after about an hour and it was noisy and I had to wake up each time that happens to switch it on again. I was very tired the next day. They had it fixed but the noise remained from the aircon. Also the living had some exercise mats laid out with some equipment as if it was used prior to our arrival for some exercise classes. That was removed the next day when they came to repair the aircon. Also there was not much utensils and kitchen pots and pans for cooking. No laundry facilities.

Summary: Very basic facilities.
