Summary: One night visit as part of our first visit to Tokyo. They remembered it was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday and delivered a bottle of sparkling wine together with a great room upgrade. Impeccable staff and lovely room.

Summary: Great clean property with plenty of room for the whole family. Toilets are located on floor 1 and 3. No toilet in the wet (shower) room on two. Kitchen was nicely stocked.

Summary: Pros: hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing and spoke English. Rooms were spacious, especially for Tokyo. Cons: the air conditioning in my room was super weak. It never got below 77f for my entire stay. This made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. Also the rooms were dated. Looks like they came from 2005.

Summary: Everything was great except the floor we were staying on had an old mildewy smell. Room was not smelly but the A/C unit itself blew humid air. I left my hat on the vent and it was wet in the morning. They were renovating while we were there, though, so who knows how it changed.

Summary: The hotel is located near to a large train station so was very convenient. It’s a large hotel so lots of restaurants and it’s connected to other hotels by a beautiful outdoor garden. It’s going through a renovation and we were in an older room that clearly had some older furniture and wear and tear.

Summary: Not convenient to the train station. Rooms are very very outdated .. furnishings are 30-40 years old. Room has an old dated smell and the air conditioner won’t cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Definitely not a 200+ dollar room in Tokyo. The lobby is dated and the staff is rude.
