Positive: Hotel has very nice pool and all inclusive deal is very nice. Great location if you up for party and don't mind airplanes.

Negative: On our arrival the rooms were not what I booked but staff was very acomodating and made our stay very pleasant.

Positive: The drinks included were good, the bed was really comfy in the room. The food included at the buffets was varied and nice. Always had access to food at different points in the day. The beach was really nice, hard to get a lounger at the pool unless you get there early.

Negative: We were pretty disappointed as we were staying here for our honeymoon and the hotel did nothing to make us feel special. As food and drink are included, it would have been a nice touch for them to leave a bottle in the room for when we arrived as that is at no extra cost to the hotel. They did let us reserve a table in advance at a restaurant within the hotel, but I just felt like it lacked the nice touch for a special occasion. The room was very small but the bed was comfy. You have to pay 30 euro a day to use the spa per person, which is an expensive additional cost. You have to pay 2 euro to play pool - which really should be free.

Positive: Amazing all inclusive food and White Wine restaurant.very friendly staff, spotlessly clean facilities

Negative: The only negative was room service, we were always getting decaf only coffee when the room was cleaned and soft drinks were not supplied each day as they should be.

Summary: Overall great experience and I will be coming back!

Positive: The food and drink options were great, different food themes each evening meant that the all inclusive didn’t get boring. Cooked really well too! The room was beautiful jacuzzi bath etc. The only thing is I prefer a quieter location. My fault I didn’t look where the airport was when booking. Brilliant location for access to Ibiza town and the clubs but I’ll look at maybe the TRS at Cala Gració next time - every time we stay in a palladium hotel they are a good standard

Positive: By the time of booking, the hotel had a rate of 8.3 here - I find it unfair to them. It’s a very nice hotel. There was a mix of party people, family, older people and it was all good. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good pool area. Things for kids (I have a 1 year old). The food in the buffet was surprisingly good! Easy parking.

Negative: Nothing I didn’t like.
